Mango Avocado Salad

A refreshing and bright side dish or taco topper.

Ingredients
  • 2 mangos (cubed)
  • 2 avocados (cubed)
  • 1 jalapeno (diced)
  • 1/2 cup red onion (finely diced)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp mint (chopped)
  • 2 limes (juiced)
Instructions
  1. Peel, slice and cube mango. Cut and cube avocado.
  2. Dice jalapeno and finely dice the red onion.
  3. Chop the cilantro and mint.
  4. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix. Toss with the lime juice.
  5. Serve as a side dish or on top of tacos or grilled meat. Enjoy!
